Our apartment is part of a modern building that blends harmoniously with nature and the surrounding hills. The altitude and the south orientation of the apartment on a slight slope lead to a fantastic, unobstructed view over the forests of the Ahr valley to the Nürburg.

The highlights of the LuxApart include the spacious outdoor panorama sauna with a wide view over the forests in the Eifel hills to the Nürburg, as well as the large palm terrace with cozy corners for grilling and chilling. You can enjoy the sauna and our palm terrace all to yourself and undisturbed.

The apartment offers 135 square meters of living space. The two cozy bedrooms, each for 2 people, are equipped with high-quality hotel box spring beds. The modern kitchen with a cooking island is spacious and connects to an open dining area with an exit to the "palm terrace". The cozy living room invites you to linger. You decide whether you want to spend cozy hours by the fireplace or simply enjoy the view of nature.
