The Apartments
Our three apartments are part of a modern building that blends harmoniously into the gentle hills of the Eifel. Each apartment occupies an entire floor and, thanks to the building’s elevated southern position, offers a spectacular, unobstructed panoramic view over the forests of the Ahr Valley all the way to the Nürburg.
Notes for summer stays
The building is insulated to the latest energy-efficiency standards and features a smart shading system for the large window areas. A central ventilation system ensures a continuous and pleasant exchange of air, even when the windows are closed.
The bedrooms in the Cozy Apartment (upper floor) and the Loft Apartment (ground floor) are equipped with air conditioning.
In addition to the ventilation system, the two bedrooms in the Vista Apartment do not require any further air conditioning.

In LuxApart Vista and LuxApart Loft, you can unwind in an exclusive outdoor panorama sauna with breathtaking views over the rolling hills and forests of the Eifel. Feel the soothing warmth, breathe in the fresh air, and enjoy the calm as body and mind come into harmony.
In LuxApart Cozy, you can relax in a fully glazed sauna integrated into the large bedroom – the perfect way to end the day in comfort and style.
All apartments feature spacious terraces with stunning panoramic views – ideal for cooling off after a sauna session, enjoying a barbecue together, or simply taking in the peace and vastness of the Eifel landscape.
EV Charging Station
A 11 kW wallbox is available in our parking area. On request, you can use it for your electric car at a fair kWh rate.
