The LuxApart Cozy offers 90 square meters of living space and is ideally designed and furnished for couples. The large bedroom is equipped with a sauna and a cozy relax area. The modern, fully equipped kitchen, the dining area and the living room are open-plan and designed in warm earthy tones. On request, a third sleeping area can be set up in the living room or a baby crib can be added.

Wellness for body and soul

One of the highlights of LuxApart Cozy is the sauna integrated into the wall of the bedroom with a fully glazed front. 

Relax after your sauna session in the cozy relaxation area with panoramic views or step out onto the palm terrace and enjoy the breathtaking views. Of course, you can also relax and chill out here without having used the sauna beforehand.

From the living room, of course with Smart TV, you also have direct access to the terrace, where you can enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset, gas barbecue with gas included.

2 persons – from EUR 220,- per night*
3rd person in extra bed – EUR 50,- per night

*plus 110,- EUR final cleaning fee

The minimum stay is generally 2 nights, and 3 nights on public holidays and long weekends.

Please note that arrivals are only possible from Mondays to Saturdays inclusive and not on Sundays or public holidays. Generally only bookings of 2 nights or more are possible, on public holidays the minimum number of nights is 3 nights.
